Seeing that entry list has tipped me over the edge!
Derek Bell in an F1 GTR!
That'd be David Clark's Harrods car - the very same machine in which Derek Bell went toe-to-toe with JJ Lehto through the rain at Le Mans in 1995. I'll have a lump in my throat watching that. Derek Bell in an F1 GTR!
I see Shaun Lynn is entered in an AC Le Mans coupe. Is that A98, does anyone know?

Has anyone else noticed the distinct lack of Ferraris on the entry list?
The Mazda 787B on the entry list - does anyone know if that's the Mazda-owned Le Mans Winner or the privately owned 767?

Yes I think I noticed 2 ferraris in total, no 250 GTO's which is a shame as they mention it in the description of the Hill trophy. Has anyone else noticed the distinct lack of Ferraris on the entry list?

As for the Mazda. The 767 was meant to be there last year but wasn't so I assume it will be that one.

That was Max Werner's 767B which was in the Group C support race at Le Mans last year, but didn't make it past a couple of laps...As for the Mazda. The 767 was meant to be there last year but wasn't so I assume it will be that one.

There is also a 787B in the Musee at Le Mans, though I don't know whether it's a runner. It'd be a rare thing to see a typo in a Goodwood race card so let's wait and see. I'd strong suspect it's Max Werner in the 767B. There's an American chap (Jim something...) who ran a 757 a few years back in the Group C / GTP Champsionhip as well.
I reckon the Hill Trophy is going to be an absolute thriller. I'm going to chuck my hat in the ring very early and put a couple of quid on the Verdon-Roe / McIntyre Bizarrinni to be srapping with the win with the Bryant / Pearson Daytona Cobra. Rob Austin will be brilliant fun in the family Capri as well. He was always very quick in the Surtees TS20 when he ran in Masters GP.

If my memory serves me correctly the bizzarrini's weren't running at the front last year?
B V-R was absolutely on it during the 2014 TT but got knocked into a lazy spin at Lavant. Jamie McIntyre knows how to drive Goodwood as well. He pulled off an absolutely astounding move around the outside of Madgwick during a Sussex Trophy back in about 2010. I'd need to check the archives but think he won two Sussex Trophies. Anyway, I'm taking an early punt! Very tough to look past Pearson and Bryant though; that's one hell of a combo.

Both the Bizza and the Daytona coupe have taken TT honours at the Revival. Was it Pirro in the Bizza when it won?
That's the revival I was thinking at last years MMThe Bizza won the TT Celebration in hands of Hales and Attwood 2003 and 2004.

If you want a refresher on 72MM, this is my (admittedly rather verbose) report from the event: http://www.motorcardiaries.co.uk/2014/72nd-goodwoo...
Interesting that Goodwood are still trying to sell tickets despite the great success of last year, however I half feel it is more the lack of information about what's going on than what the weather of March could bring.
It's also a shame that they are saying "Add the Hill trophy for E-Types, Cobras and GTOs" when there are no GTOs on the entry list???
