It's kind of immaterial anyway. It's not essential like gas, electricity and water. If the prices are too high just don't go, easy.. Next.

Very pleased to have received my invitation to purchase tickets for the 73rd Members Meeting. I'm only on the waiting list, so was pleasantly surprised when the packaged arrived in the post, yesterday. I'm keen to attend both days, but what are the accommodation options for the weekend? We always do the campsite for the Revival, but I presume that Goodwood don't offer this for the MM?

Also heading down for next year, but it seems nearly all the hotels in Chichester are fully booked? Anyone have any good advice for places to stay?

Would any of you that where there this year remember when in the afternoon the on-track action on saturday ended?

A lot of people stay at midhurst and its a great drive down. I've previously stayed in Bognor for the revival which was also ok.

Racing finished around 5-6pm before the evening festivities started.

You said Saturday... Sunday it's about 5pm then prize giving in the great hall after. Most people head home once the racing is finished.

I retract my statement.

I just realised I'll still be 21 in march so can get a young persons' ticket for £65 clap

Tickets all booked for me and 2 friends. Got them at the circuit. Explained how I prefer to phone or pop in and was informed a new ticket site will be with us next month.
Ooh. The new ticket site could go either way, especially if they're going live with it at the same time as the Revival and FoS tickets go on sale in November. I hope they've performed some extensive testing. I wish them (and us) well with it anyway.

I have been told that the new ticket site will not be available for the start of ticket sales and will be introduced bit by bit later so will be the same site for the initial sales (god help us)

That's bad news. They've been saying they will upgrade/replace the ticketing web site for at least 3 years now and every year it gets incrementally worse. frown

p.s. when do tickets go on sale?

1st November is FOS and revival ticket release date. And it's around now that we should find out provisional dates.

I'll be getting my tickets from the ticket office as I've done all this year as I refuse to use that awful website anymore.

Snag is I'm 65 miles away which is a bit of a schlep in the dark, early on a Saturday morning.

Rich you can always tie it in with a morning at the track as it is AC Owners Club MSA Sprint on the 1st November
