Anyone fancy settling an argument over who this us?

Spotted in drivers enclosure yesterday, me and the better half disagree on his name! Not going to sway opinion by giving you our theories!

Any opinions welcome!

He was riding in the Barry sheen memorial race earlier. I didn't get it from the original photo, but take the cap off and I reckon that's him.

You guessed that from taking the cap off? It was the cap that made me think it was him!

Interesting the compartmentation of interest - post that pic on a biker forum and they'd have been in massve agreement about KS immediately. For the record, Dickie A has an entirely different face from Kevin S and is about 30 years older.
