We had a fantastic day today at Goodwood courtesy of Harwoods. I was able to drive my Mercedes C63 out on track along with an Jaguar F-Type R and Aston Martin V12 Vantage S and I was also able to drive those cars on the road along with an Audi R8 V10 and my girlfriend drove the R8, Bentley Continental GT Speed and a Range Rover.

It was fantastic and at the end of the day I got taken round for a hot lap in the V12 Vantage S by the instructor!

F-Type R is a wonderful thing, my highlight of the road drives today.

Ah at least you got to drive the V12 Vantage S! I asked and was told it was too dangerous! Mind you I did have a go in the R8, Range Rover Vogue & Audi S1... Hehe

Thanks. You're Exige sounded fantastic! I was stood in the pit lane, right by the track, as you raced past! Awesome!

Yeah I did have to wait until the afternoon when the rain had eased. It was because it was on Pirelli Corsa track tyres. It was an absolute animal!

A great day and really well organised. Despite almost being 'Black Flagged' for my noisy DB9 we had a great day. It's always nice when Aston engineers are interested in what you have had done to your car.....

I didn't get an invite, I just went on their homepage ( http://www.harwoods.uk.com/news-events/track-days-... ). I'm not a customer of theirs (yet) so I just paid and went along.

Well worth the money though
