Members pack, badges

No members pack for me in time for the 73MM massively disappointed and wasn't even offered a discount (and didn't know to ask) in the shop when spending £170 on merchandise. The whole membership experience of what is supposed to be an exclusive club hasn't started very well for me I'm afraid and already doubting I'll maintain the membership next year.
We asked yesterday and were told that all packs have been given to the distributors so it is now up to them when they are delivered. I would have liked to have had this years badge for the weekend but no problem really. The only thing it could have been useful for was getting the discount into Bonhams but we manged to get around that anyway 
I bought most of my stuff over the phone last week and the discount was automatic - bought over the counter yesterday and saturday and discount given without needing to ask for it.

Really? The wording on the voucher that comes in the member's pack says it is for one purchase per year and has to be given up when used. I always save mine to use when the Revival DVD is released.~iw

Person I went with was bidding so he just ushered me through while they weren't concentrating too hard - they seemed to be taking a harder line shortly before the sale started.Ian Wegg said:

I'll check with my wife later - I bought over the phone and she bought while we were there. Maybe family membership gets you two vouchers? - genuinely don't know as we have only changed changed the membership this year.~iw

Whilst I agree with you on the delay issue there are a couple of mitigating factors; 1. The book takes a while to print and get back for inclusion; 2. The offer for the Members Meeting is only an issue in year one as you can call the office after that and buy over the phone once you have paid your renewal.It really is pathetic that a membership pack for 2015 arrives 3 months into the year. Nice blue colour this year but the windscreen badge wasn't as sticky as previous years
