This says he will be attending: https://grrc.goodwood.com/festival-of-speed/latest...
Aha brilliant news! Yeah just looked into the instagram post I seen earlier and it was just to say his MX5 will just be on display at the Formula D round.
First time in 10 or so years of going on the Friday that I've felt properly underwhelmed. Maybe it was because I went to the Members Meeting for the first time this year (which was incredible), but it was all a bit 'meh'.
Also possibly a sign of the times in F1 that only RB, Ferrari and Merc ran up the hill today.

I've been thinking that the last few years but I still attend as I feel I should. Plus I like getting copies of Motorsport magazine for a £1 plus the free pen is pretty good Also possibly a sign of the times in F1 that only RB, Ferrari and Merc ran up the hill today.
Members meeting is by far my highlight of the Goodwood calendar.

This ^^^^.Also possibly a sign of the times in F1 that only RB, Ferrari and Merc ran up the hill today.
I'm afraid to say.
It has now become too focused on road cars and the manufacturers. There seems to be a definite swing away from racing cars over recent events. Its still brilliant and I still will go but it seems to be drifting away from the original idea.
And I also went to the GRRC for the first time this year and that was just totally gobsmacking.
Still trying to get conformation of which Mazda went off, was it 55 (the Le Mans winner) or one of the other two in the same paint scheme? Please don't say it was 55...

202 went off images of it happening on jalopnik.
What do you mean went to the GrRC this year?
Phew! That's a relief. I would hate a car as precious as 55 to be damaged. What do you mean went to the GrRC this year?
The star for me on the day was the 200hp 1908 Darracq. The guy driving it clearly had no sense of fear. Brilliant!
I meant the Members Meeting...

I've been watching the live stream all day and agreed that Darracq was the highlight for me.

I really wanted to see and hear the Le Mans mazda. Gutted.
To top it off I've got Sunday tickets and the forecast is rain.
In the yrs I've been to the FOS (I started in '98), I think I've only seen 1 or 2 wet ones, & the position close to the coast often sees the weather blow in/out. Let's hope if it's rainy, it's only a light shower I really wanted to see and hear the Le Mans mazda. Gutted.

It was the 767b that crashed today, not the Le Mans winning 787b
Indeed . I think the 767 that had the 'off' maybe the privately owned Mazda that was meant to have been at the member meets for the last two years ? Still have three ! 787 group c 's at fos ,two 1990 cars And the winning 91 car !
