What a great way to spend a Sunday morning. I went with a friend and we arrived at about 8.45. Had a great time wandering through and the variety was excellent. Really liked the Lark Mclaren, and the fact it was driven there is just brilliant.

I should know as this has been in at the place where my TVR goes for MOT, it definitely is a Spectre, and I think it is unique or maybe one of two. Model number maybe a M45... My 5 year old recognised it, quite proud of him.

Watch me be corrected now!

Oliver.

It was my first Breakfast meeting and it was a great day. Highlights for me were the oldies, the brown SM, discovering the magnificent Gordon Keeble and the Dino with the perfect red paintwork. The Aston Martin Vanquish x2 were a treat too.

Anyone notice my straight-4 MGB GT on the grid? XD

I thought my friend in his Alfa Junior was trying to get in too, so I followed and got in! Turns out he didn't try it, but I still managed to remain parked next to the Ferrari F12. Felt a little naughty.

Hi, was it on the chicane opposite the G55 AMG?

Maybe wake up earlier if you always arrive at 9 wink
I did. Got up just after 7 but seeing as I can't drive, I have to have a lift there & back which arrives at 7:45am. Add to that we had the nightmare that is the A338 workworks to contend with & that's the reason why I never arrive early.

I really must find someone whose happy to get up at 6am & get me to Goodwood before 7:30am at the earliest! 8 at the latest!

We came down and plonked the car halfway up the Lavant straight, then wandered through the throng to the Aero club, to take a flight experience that was a Christmas pressie. Here's a couple of the (not very good: too hazy this morning) photos... 2nd one was getting on for 11am so things were thinning out quite a bit.

Also in the 2nd pic, see the effect of the "Over the Road" displays on the grass, coming only a few weeks after the Revival.

Compare that to the imprint of the FoS at the House - more than 3 months later...

Please could anyone advise how tolerant the marshals are likely to be of idiots who have deleted their email with the paddock pass? I have searched every word I can think of related to Goodwood, but can't find it in my inbox (or deleted items though, interestingly). I have checked my MyGoodwood account and it confirms I have been accepted, so I'm sure I didn't just dream that I'd got one! Do they have a master register they can refer back to, if I explain the situation? Can't get through to anyone at GRRC on phone or email today... Thanks
Given the number of 911s and the Ariel Atom on the circuit; and that the passes weren't checked and had the same bar code and number on them - I'd say the answer is remarkably tolerant..
Indeed, turned out to be no problem at all. Followed a bright green Murcielago onto the circuit so no-one really paying much attention to the estate behind it (including my 3 year old daughter for whom the discovery of scissor doors was the highlight of the day).

Another very good Breakfast Club with an eclectic mix of cars!

I expected it to be a sort of repeat of the supercar one & in a way it was but it was better & with less crowds.

It's not everyday you see McLaren F1's park next to Dodge Challengers & Lambo's next to Mustangs & nearby the Diablo pair, was a pair of classic 50's American trucks!

Also there were Range Rovers, Grand Cherokee SRT8's, Rollers, bikes, Porsche 928's, Citroen SM's (I counted 3!) & quite a load of TVR's.

Loads of cars, just about enough time (Why do I always arrive at 9am?) & about 700+ pictures!

P.S. This is not the end of the 2015 Breakfast Club's guys! Bahn-stormer Sunday, 1st November.

HaHa, That was me - say hi next time! My girls did exactly the same when I went to look at a Gallardo with them - came away to do the man maths and the green meanie!
