Arrived via the pet worth route, queues already. Never seen it like this in 17 years of coming.

I didn't realise until yesterday you can just phone and they'll let you in the performance car par park ( assuming you have an eligible car ). Might try that one next year
Are you sure? I wanted to use this car park but when booking I was told it was either £65 or £70!!

I was so disappointed with the state of the car parks and the lack of assistance being given by the staff manning car park K where we were, that I've done the 'decent thing' and emailed them to say what a poor show it was - I'm glad I wasn't going today after more rain as on Saturday afternoon the car park circulation areas were in a poor condition as people tried to exit.

We must have been lucky on Saturday. Left Waterlooville at around half 6. Went the back route as I hate the A27. Arrived at car park P at around 0720. No issues with car parks at all. We were in a 1.0 corsa so was expecting to get stuck but the Mrs got out with no issues whatsoever.

I was expecting it to be so much worse than it was. Never been before so nothing to compare it too...

We left London at 5:30 and went via the A24 and then through the forest all the way down to the racetrack. Fun drive, made even better being sandwiched between lots of awesome machinery. Drove into car park M with a couple of very short delays as they had to stop letting people in to allow people using the other side of the road to pass and then in the queue whilst each car was getting parked up. We were in the show and queuing up for the Jaguar experience by 7.30.

On the way home we left at 6:15. Powered up the hill pretty much sideways overtaking everything. Lots of traffic to get onto the main roads but once we were out it wasn't too bad apart from the off dawdler. Home in SW London by 7:30. smile

Yes it costs about that. I justified it because I haven't been for about 15 years!
It's grown into a bit of a monster in that time. One day is now not enough to 'do' everything.
I took my 11 year old for the first time. I think they have a new customer.

I had no problems getting in or out of the car parks. As I cycled there and back on all four days.... :-)

I parked in the Aston car park at the bottom of the hill from the Performance car park, no issues at all.
