Breakfast club skid pan

Having attended breakfast clubs for years and noting that the Skid pan is open for taster sessions, I thought I might plan to have a go;

Has anyone actually done one during a breakfast club morning and what's the protocol of doing a session?

I am presuming that their is no booking?
