Goodwood FoS tickets 2024 not delivered?

Hi, this will be the first time we’ll attend the festival.
We paid for 2x tickets for Saturday entry on 13/07/2024 and have not received anything by post. I emailed goodwood but no response.
Is this normal - do you e.g. normally receive paper tickets with barcodes by post much closer to event date?

Much closer, as in less than 8 months

My Revival tickets usually arrive about 1 week before the event. Don't panic yet.
