Tickets question

Hi everyone,
I've ordered tickets for this weekend which I will have to collect upon arrival. Problem is, I have not been told where I need to collect them! Been trying to call the ticket office all morning but can't get through. Anyone got any thoughts?

There are ticket collection booths at the entrances, well there certainly was at the entrance I went in today which was down by the startline. I would suggest trying to head for that particular entrance if at all possible.

I used gate 8 today, and there was a ticket collection there as well

thanks guys. Finally managed to get through to ticket office who were extremely helpful. There are collection booths at all gates, so it doesn't matter which one you go to.

Did they say what you have to bring with you? I've just ordered a ticket for Sunday and will be doing the same as you!!

You just need your postcode and surname. Simples!
