I'm going.... only for the Sat though. The Mrs is going in 60's mini-dress and I am going in 1940's blue RAF pilot outfit. Lots of battle of Britain stuff there I hope!
Its not very matching, but the Mrs went 50's last year and said she would prefer to do 60's this year, as it suits her better. 50's suits the buxom lady better apparently! I don't care as she is wearing a v short 60's dress now instead!
I'm in blue (tweed like material) RAF gear as I was bored of going half baked with Chino's blazer old school check shirt + cravat.. Also Spitalfields market right next to my work has a great vintage military stall so I got Jacket, trousers and cap for £45! Bargain. Every Thursday BTW.
Edit: The Mrs is bringing 2 of her mates along now, so its just me and 3 girls. They might be doing 60's garb too so in my minds eye I have this :

Saturday too for me. Do we have secret PH code to recognise each other or how about meetin for a drink at a bar during the day?
Could be a good idea? but which bar to meet at? one fairly acessable to all..thoughtsCan't wait.
Am a Goodwood virgin!!
Bar trip sounds good too.
I like the idea of a signal any ideas?
I shall be pretty easy to spot though white overalls with "BUY 1" written on well one of four of us anyway. Not exactly as good as some of the costumes you guys are wearing but they serve a purpose.
Are many of you guys that are there for the weekend camping or staying at B&Bs or hotels?

Racing there this year (After a 5 year break), and can't wait.
Car no. 5, Fordwater Trophy.
Only problem is, being the first race on the Sunday morning, I can't enjoy myself at the Revival party the night before (although my other half can, and will!).
Hopefully will see some fellow PH'ers there...!

Oh yes. All 3 days for only the second time (ususally Friday plus 1 of sat / sun). Love every moment, especially pointing my box brownie at the fillies
So is someone going to suggest a PH watering hole and time? Paddock at lunch break would be good imho. A rolled up copy of the Sporting Life should be carried (or any other racy paper!) to recognise fellow followers of speed!

I will be there for the three and a half days. Good fun at the cricket match at the house on the Thursday night with the drivers briefing afterwards. Weather looking good every day. Good place to meet is beer tent behind Dad's army area in front of where planes take off from and land (if that is not too vague). Best three days of the year/life. - will be wearing brown trilby and "parade" arm band that gets you into paddock and other places.
