A couple of questions -

Did you re-use the old nut?

Isn't it a castellated nut with a split-pin to secure it? (sorry - don't know the model)

no the nut was replaced with the supplied nut from the new hub , it is a lock nut which has no split pin.

You could maybe try some loctite on the threads?

Leave it a while to go off before driving.

ETA - if it's a lock nut and has come loose, you probably need a new one.

i am now replacing wheelbearings stearing rack (complete) all cv joints and the front engine mounting. hopefully this will solve my issue. if there is still issues it can only be one thing , bent driveshaft .i will replace that as well in the next run.
