Another bike insurance Question

Morning All,
I'm looking at bike insurance for my old MTB (probably not worth very much) and a new bike that i will be purchasing shortly.
The sticking point is that the bikes will have to be stored in a communal hallway (they can be locked to a banister). In addition both will be used for commuting 50% of the time, where they can be locked to a 'immovable object'.
I've seen all the reviews for M&S home insurance and that would be my prefered route.
However it doesn't look like i'll be covered does anyone have any recommendations?
