Boardman/Halfords advice

Well, I actually picked her [its a she bike cos I ride it 
] up last night; took off all the reflectors, changed the grips and made sure everythign was nice and tight.
Halfords were great - no queue; my bike came straight out; it needed the seat lowered which they did there and then, everything was double checked for tightness without me having to ask, and they even offered to take the bike out to my car for me
Bike [so far as have yet to ahve a proper ride on her] - 10/10
