hehe

I don't know about you, but the wind has been good for a couple of months (say <7 mph). The summer was very windy, but it has got better. Yesterday was the first in a LONG time for me that was >10mph.

Oh dear. Hope it gets sorted or is false.

You need to cut down on the banana, drug and alcohol abuse. smile

Ah! This makes sense.

It's like why they put candles on Birthday Cake. The candles draw out all of those pesky calories and burn them off for you!

biggrin

Lovely ride in this morning in my new NorthWave boots. Need to move the cleats very slightly, but toasty as.

Sorry to hear about the stolen bike. frown

2 for 2 cockers.

Feet are freezing still. Had two pairs of socks on and each foot in a dog poo bag inside my shoes.

Madness. This morning was about the limit I'd risk it at. Think it was around -2 when I left home, it was 0.5 in town.

Cold.

Properly cold. This means I end up at work with a nice toasty body and cold toes and one cold thumb. I think I need new gloves and possibly socks.

Sure, it was fresh, but once I got onto Weston Shore, open water front, it was a lovely morning! Glorious view across the water. Toes a little chilly, but in the grand scheme of things, it was fine.

The old bike from dads shed is st, its too small, heavy and hard work.

What size bike do you use? you're local to me, I have a single speed you can borrow if you're a lanky bd like me.

LOL, I'm 6ft 3", dumpy mutant legs and long gangly body! I'm the fat fker you keep speeding past!

Gotta mate in Lowford with a more suitable bike, I'm going to collect it tonight, but thanks. See other thread where I'm musing about a replacement.

Big Al.
