I don't know about you, but the wind has been good for a couple of months (say <7 mph). The summer was very windy, but it has got better. Yesterday was the first in a LONG time for me that was >10mph.

My potassium levels were off the scale, had an ECG on the spot

Hopefully it's false, swapped to swimming for now as they have defibrillators in there

Sure, it was fresh, but once I got onto Weston Shore, open water front, it was a lovely morning! Glorious view across the water. Toes a little chilly, but in the grand scheme of things, it was fine.

The old bike from dads shed is st, its too small, heavy and hard work.
