is this held every year?? I dont think i will be fit enough this year. only started riding road a few weeks back with the longest ride yesterday of circa 23miles and my legs were aching towards the end.... looks epic though, I even have the correct sort of bike

Paid up too....just as the weather gets a bit colder! Cold I can handle, just hope it doesn't rain.  My brother's probably doing it too, and then a colleague from his work, possibly 2...so 4 people could be doing it off the back of this thread.

Just registered Going round to my dad's house tomorrow to try his late 60's race bike for size but as it is a track bike I suspect it wouldn't be too comfortable for 100 miles! Will stay open minded but I suspect I'll be using my modern bike.
