I decided to take my Genesis bike to work today as it was feeling lonely sitting in the cellar while I took the other one to Italy at the weekend.

Taken on Saturday after completing my first century. Needless to say I'm very proud of this picture.
A great run through the Suffolk countryside.

Finally managed to get to Eastridge in Shropshire for a ride around the trails there, having driven past many times on the way somewhere else!

Some decent steep & techy runs in the woods, and a bit of XC stuff across the Stiperstones Nature Reserve on top of the hill.

Well, it was yesterday actually, but my longest ride to date - 66 miles. Yeah, I know that's nothing special compared to a lot of you! Went from Bracknell to the Chilterns and then back through Henley. Was a nice day for it - cool but dry.

Squeezing my rides in means I have sort of lost track of posting on here but this one worth making the time for.

Had my new bike for 4 months tomorrow and I just this morning ticked over 1000miles. This was worthy of marking the occasion...

Dragged an extra couple of Ks out of the GF on the promise of a virtual badge on strava for hitting 120KMs, should have checked first as you actually need to hit 130! biggrin

New (ish) bike too, not getting rid of the MTB yet!
