Early morning bimble along the Spen Valley Greenway. Nice spot to say it cuts across the bottom of Dewsbury & Bradford.

Replete with PH winter jersey too (cheers Gruffy)!

Not strictly today, but just back from holiday in North Wales. Took the lad to Antur Stiniog uplift / downhill.

Really enjoyed the day, with pretty variable weather, from dry and sunny, to gale force winds, clouds and heavy rain (but we'd dressed for North Wales in October half term).

The guys who run the centre were really friendly and helpful and we ha d a brilliant day.

Oh crap, I hope you are OK. Did you get the details and report it? How bad is the damage to the bike?

The bike survived pretty much unscathed. I dropped my shoulder when I realised the merde was going to hit the fan, and my arm and shoulder took the brunt, my ribs got clattered by the wing mirror. The funniest thing is, that it was being driven by 2 nurses. The car behind them was 2 doctors from St. Richard's. You couldn't make it up. No harm done, I'll get over it.

Brilliant - could have only been improved if the 2 x doctors had been followed by a 'claims direct' solicitor!!

Glad you are OK.......probably justify beer/wine as a medicinal sedative for tonight...

Took this yesterday whilst out. Hard to believe that its November and I was still in summer kit! It also explains why I can't climb!

Hills were in a moody...mood...this morning

Completed my first metric century today at 103 km, - so 64.5 miles in protestant, 4,500 ft of climbing.

Modest by most standards on here, but I'm happy.

65 miles and 4k ft of climbing, could not work out why I was so tired until after I got home and drank a litre of water!! Should have taken two bidons.

Good session on Saturday. Hit a decent line with this sucker in it for the first time.... and then multiple times after! This still doesn't really do it justice. The lip is quite a beast!
