Not strictly today, but just back from holiday in North Wales. Took the lad to Antur Stiniog uplift / downhill.
Really enjoyed the day, with pretty variable weather, from dry and sunny, to gale force winds, clouds and heavy rain (but we'd dressed for North Wales in October half term).
The guys who run the centre were really friendly and helpful and we ha d a brilliant day.

Oh crap, I hope you are OK. Did you get the details and report it? How bad is the damage to the bike?
The bike survived pretty much unscathed. I dropped my shoulder when I realised the merde was going to hit the fan, and my arm and shoulder took the brunt, my ribs got clattered by the wing mirror. The funniest thing is, that it was being driven by 2 nurses. The car behind them was 2 doctors from St. Richard's. You couldn't make it up. No harm done, I'll get over it.http://www.strava.com/activities/214303262
