First ride with the daughter today. She loved it despite the face she's pulling. Only around the block to test the seat. Helmet in the post. Works well even on the fixed gear. 42x16 should be fine. Bought a 18t freewheel just in case but not sure it will be required for most of the cycle paths around here.

View from the top of the much more pleasant climb of Grinton Moor. Shame the council has tried to remove all the riders' names from the road. I am 141 out of 6000 Strava users on the descent off Grinton which is quite cool, especially as the top 100 are all Tour riders
