Yes I went down with the hope of getting some food at the food fair, but it was £13 entry so ambled along the short stretch until it joined the cycle lane. I thought the no cycling in a cycling thread was ironic someone obviously thinks it's worthy of the roll eyes smiley.

Unfortunately no picture, but as I was riding through Reading yesterday lunchtime, I saw Dan Craven in full gear going like buggery down the A4. Big beard, green Europcar kit but I didn't see what bike he had. Could it have been him or a doppelganger? I've checked Strava but he doesn't appear to be on there.

Edit: he is on there and I've sent a stalk request

Had a quick spin out around the edge of the Lakes from home tonight, planned on a quick 20 miles and ended up doing 31. Of course just after I decided to do a longer route it started raining, took this photo coming down from Whinlatter to Lorton which was when the rain stopped.

To me it looked like you had ignored the no cycling and carried on. Apologies if I misinterpreted it.

From the weekend, my 5 year has found the bog boys trails at Moors Valley..

I then sent him off down a trail to see where it went and followed a few seconds later, he took off, I rounded the corner to see this, good job Frog bikes have easy to use brakes!

On his favourite bit of trail

From today's Coffee stop at Hole Park, in the beautiful Kent countryside, and the weather was great too.

No significant hills on today's route, so no gears needed. Bring on the fixed

Few more miles before I am 100% certain on the height of the bars and then I can cut the fork tube down...

Nice pair of Boardmans.

Funnily enough a good m8 has just bought his 1st road bike too so we're gonna look proper Mr & Mrs on our white boardmans ! Love em though.

Is your TraceR rear light mounted upside down intentionally ? Flip the mount 180 and it will hold the light horizontal. Dont get me started on how to load a dishwasher wink

That's a properly steep bit of road! The decent in the wet must have been scary, tested my nerves and hands in the dry when I road those passes a couple of years back!

Been on bikes alot recently.

Me on the second to last climb on a local mountain bike challenge on Sunday

Me and a mate went out for a 20 mile recovery spin last night on the road bikes

Then tonight me and the same mate went for a quick mess around on the local trails

All in all a brilliant few days riding!

Cheers, I still love mine and despite thoughts and want of new shiny stuff its does everything I need. Funnily enough his Mrs commented something along the lines of 'His & His <3' on that pic on FB hehe

Not sure about the light, I've been swapping from the road to CX a fair bit and hadn't really noticed!
