Lake Vyrnwn over Bwlch y Groes pass, down to Bala and back over Hirnant pass to the lake.

Biggest ride I've ever done, 1200m of climbing in 30 miles. I will admit to having to walk in places!



When my legs were already blown I wasn't happy to find this up ahead!

Making my way slowly home. Stopped for the night near Munich. I hear there's a bike showroom in town. On to Koblenz tomorrow. They say there's a bike showroom there too. Talk about coincidences..

Will post on my CG thread when I'm back and on a proper 'puter. But I think we need to make it a PH team event next year
