Nice snowy/muddy ride with the Bike Beans gang, Ashtead. Can you spot the reason why my last 10km were hard work and my right leg aches?
Girly legs? =)
It's the camera angle, honest! smile

Great ride around Northern MK today, people who say this place is ugly and dull have either never been here or haven't left the city centre...

obligatory concrete cows pic...

Mud on a little trail by the canal was somewhat thick....need to move to 1x10 speed soon.

One hour later and shes looking as good as slightly new thumbup

Some pics from the 24hr Strathpuffer MTB race, the mud was pretty grim, think Gazza from here was doing it Solo, fair play, hope you had a good safe race.

A beautiful day to ride to work today, normally you'd expect it to be well below zero but this year is unseasonably warm. Great for cycling, not so good for skiing...

Sod's law, fist sunny day in weeks and I come down with Man-Flu frown

So, I made the most of the sunshine by cleaning and servicing a few of the fleet....

Did our work charity event today
Raising money for a work colleague suffering with cancer, he's only in his mid 20's
8 of us set off from our work place in Crewe at 07:00

We were at our 1st check point past Northwich for 08:30

From there on we headed towards Runcorn/ St. Helens

Then following signs for Southport etc

With a few stops today

Got to Blackpool pleasure beach around 16:00

Most of us are novice distance riders
4 of us bike to work daily
But if you put your mind to it, anything is possible, even on a windy day we still did it... 80 miles...
Hopefully with all our sponsor money in we'll be near our £4K target to send him on a Rollercoaster holiday of some sort... ( He's a big fan of Rollercoasters hence the ride to Blackpool )
