A first for me by a fair margin
Also about 25 miles from the end of the ride.

In bits today, but happy
Epic Dunwich Dynamo Double ride! I thought you looked pretty comfortable on it!
Any luck getting the file out of your garmin?

It was super to meet and ride along with you and the rest of the gang.

Beach scene from yesterday morning.

Did a loop to Chester, then headed towards Holt Nr Wrexham, then home along my local lanes, 48 miles in all.

Stopped at my favourite cafe in Holt (Cleopatra's) for some breakfast...

Are you sharing your egg and bacon with a rabbit biggrin
Nope, it's a "Mediterranean bistro" establishment, so they add rabbit food on the side of every plate... :-)

I once got told off in there when I asked for "something nice and stodgy". Apparently they don't do stodgy cakes, only nice, wholesome ones smile

I haven't tried all of their cake offerings, but the carrot cake is a good compromise of "stodgy" vs "wholesome", plus u get one of your five-a-day :-)

That's what I ended up with, very nice it was too. It's a good cafe, a pleasant place to stop and watch the world go by for a bit.

My new local ride from the valley floor, up into the hills round the reservoirs and back down again. For once it wasn't windy today.
