Only rental bike was a heavy mtb, still good fun in Sal, Cape Verde for a morning.

Woke up late after a night soft but managed to get a few miles in to the PO and back before it got too dark

Back on the beach for 50kms, glorious.

Yesterday was a perfect day for me. Both kids home for the weekend. Had a 35 odd mile ride via Ditchling

And then off to Wembley to see the Cure

Hmm, I should be happy with the return of warmer, milder weather. Trouble is, my favourite hardest climb was made impossible!

A very tough 70 miles with the Swindon Wheelers to Bishops Cannings via some hills. A strong head wind and muddy roads.

Been out on the Sillyspeed today. The drive to the trailhead went as well as could be expected and without incident.



Nice swoopy single track, Could be miles from anywhere



Turn around and there's Ferrybridge C

The other pocket says "Ride Bikes" but I thought it unfair to include it as I've mainly been concentrating on the other two recently.



After a fun few hours sliding around it was time to load up the car and head for home.

Some nice routes through Ferry fryston woods arent there? The golf course is new on that side too. Some nice bits closer to the river too near brotherton and over in fairburn

Little spin on Friday. Mix of road and towpath
