First spot over here. Yellow and white PH jersey, black road bike, cycling away from Petts Wood towards Locksbottom at about 10am yesterday - I passed you in a red Caterham with twin black stripes. Again later (around 1pm) presumably heading home, on Crossway in Petts Wood (by that time I was pushing a baby buggy!).

Excellent - hello!

ETA - I've noticed there's some nice cars very locally - Astons (DB9 + V8V) at least one Caterham (an R400) M3s, M4s and M6s, couple of C63s.

I was in an original yellow/white/black shirt on the Fred Whitton albeit under a coat for the whole day other than Hardknot.

Met SteveVRS on the 2nd climb but that was the last I saw of him!

Saw an MX5 in the car park with a small PH sticker before registration on Saturday pm.

Epic ride!

Thanks for the shout PGM! I was flying the first half but should have paced myself better as the last half was a struggle! I'll know better next year wink

Our group included my brother, wife and father-in-law. We basically rode it together in 10.43 total, my ride time was in the middle at 9.25.

How did you do?

Impressive time, especially given the conditions. Good to meet you.

If you get out early enough on a sunday you'll always come across a load of nice machinery over towards westerham / ide hill :-)

My first spot! I saw a guy in Richmond Park yesterday just before 12pm wearing a white PH jersey.

I should have said hello but I don't post too much on here so didn't. Shame on me.

Are you local? I was staying at my girlfriend's in Klburn so popped out for a few laps.

I'm Bermondsey, but Richmond Park makes for a central location for a bunch of us and I'm there at least once a month. I was out with a mate on his first ride of the year so was taking it very easy. No bad thing given how busy the park was. Looking forward to the late evenings when it's closed to traffic but still light enough to ride.

I'd always been keen to meet PHers on the road. Please do say hello if you spot me again.

Vehicle gates close at 9pm through the summer, which means there's a traffic-free hour of usable light on the longest days. PH three-lap TT in July?

You looked comfortable chatting away with him plodding up Sawyer's Hill.

I'd be up for joining an evening ride if I'm going back to Kilburn that night. I work in Hammersmith so it's close by.
