A friend of mine did a bit of riding in holland (hehe) he said it was some of the hardest he has done, no hills so no freewheeling anywhere, he had to push all the time.
He is a good standard mind, and "recovery" rides at 30kph

Wind direction is a bit different today. Went out to Gosberton and when going west had quite a head wind.
