I ordered the XL last time, went for the P8 this time, it fits me better than the XL, which was too short in the arm and the cut didn't suit my shoulder size. The P8 is much more suited to my shape.

I find the 'P8' to be actually larger than the comfort XL from last time (x2 white/yellow/blk).... anyone else?
Interesting. I found the P7 to be closer than the L but oddly loose around the neck and a bit demoralising around the bicep - I'll go for a P6 next time I think (or swap my un-ridden-in 7 for a 6 with anybody who's gone too small). Any other comments on the different sizes from others? I'm looking into potentially launching a cycling apparel business in time for next season so I'm quite keen to understand real-world fit issues and you guys are a great cross-section.

On that note, I may (with PH permission) look to produce a 'special edition' PH jersey for next spring. And I'm happy to work on the L/S winter jersey this week - it's all good data for me and a useful learning experience.

I think it's the neck and bicep for me too, the trunk is about the same. Damn I'll have to start to lift.

Mine arrived over the weekend too, thanks to Gruffy once again thumbup

No chance to try it out in anger yet as I was away all weekend, but I did at least try it on last night.

I'm 5'11", about 12st 5lbs with a 34" waist (ish!) and ordered a 7 procut. Initially I was concerned before I zipped it up as there was, how can I put this, quite a considerable gap to be closed, but once zipped up it was actually a surprisingly good fit and very comfortable around the waist and neck.

I'd echo what others have said about the sleeves, they're obviously designed for the rippling frames of much more manly men than me, but overall the fit and finish is excellent.

Got mine at the weekend at home.

And then got another today at work.

Which surprised me somewhat.

Message me and we'll talk about how I can send one back to you.

I'm not sure what the one I've got today is. It just says 8 on it. Whereas the one I got to my home address was the correct size (3XL).

I've not opened this one (other than to look at the collar) so I'm not sure whose I've ended up with.

I've no idea. Not sure if its the 'classic' one or the race fit.

I've let Gruffy know, so he'll be able to tell you.

I got my 2, both correct size, fits bang on at the chest and neck, bit of room at the arms but I will sort that with a few weeks in the gym, many thanks again for sorting this.

Keep us updated of future plans/designs.

What size is a 8? IF its over-order I'd be interested in it.
I'm 5'10, 42" chest and 34" waist and an 8 is nice and snug on me. Fortunately the arms are also rather tight which means I don't need to worry about the baggy sleeves smile

Kell's extra 8 is actually AJK's (Mr Kell, not PHer Kell). I made a mistake with the addresses.

PS. Forgot to say...

1. Mine's a good fit. Little tight on the arms but good everywhere else.
2. Thanks for sorting this out.
3. If that's the only mistake you've made then that's pretty impressive, and it's easy to see how it happened given my first name is Kell and AJK's surname is Kell.

Thanks again.

Received mine on Saturday - thanks Gruffy!!!

I've lost a fair bit of weight since I ordered it and a Size 8 fits perfectly (6', 34-35" waist on a good day) although it is a bit baggy around the arms. This is hardly surprising though as the last time I did any arm work was 2008.

I'd swap for my 7 if you decide it's too small.

Cool, cheers - i'll let you know.
Were they sent via royal mail or a courier? Will help me locate where on site it might be.

Received! Quality looks good. A little snug but that probably says more about me than the shirts!

Thanks for organising!

Same here, but I hope that the more I cycle the better the shirt will fit.

Thanks Gruffy, arrived on saturday and I used it for this mornings commute. I'm very impressed, it made the journey a whole lot easier.
That may have been down to the tail wind though.

Thank you Gruffy and M3John for getting this sorted and all the shirts delivered. Mine was waiting for me when I got to work today. smile

Its errrrm a tad snug to say the least! I've put a bit of weight on since the order went in so I'm not sure I offer it for swaps for an 8 or keep it to make sure I drop the weight.
