Yes, the remaining kit is bagged and labelled and will be collected shortly.

Chris' red smiley gabba jersey didn't quite fit right....so it's on its way to me smile

Which is a result...as my new bike (not yet arrived still, grrr) is red highlighting. Super biggrin

Popped it in the post this morning (tried to last evening but my local collect+ depot was closed for a refurb!). I was a bit gutted as the material felt like it would work well (and has been reported to work well by Gruffy), but at least someone will get some use out of it. smile Still have my older PH jersey and the shorts to fly the flag.

Delivery update

The tracking information shows that the parcels are all with local couriers for delivery. Don't get too excited though: they're still here in my apartment waiting to be picked up. I've chased myHermes but the best I can get from them is I need to wait until 8pm today before they can escalate the order. Apologies chaps, I was short on time this week and defaulted to myHermes as the easy option. I shan't use them again.

Still the parcels sit in my office waiting for myHermes to collect them. Their customer service lass has a blunt email. If they don't pull their finger out sharpish I'll despatch using another courier and chase them for a refund later.

Apologies all, I should have learned my lesson earlier. As a wise man once said…

Any update from them? Other than Amazon's own couriers,Hermes are the worst postage company I've dealt with.

I've had a long conversation with them today. Lots of apologies and promises of bkings through the chain yadda yadda but the short version is they'll be collected tomorrow and given priority through the system so you should receive them Tuesday/Wednesday.

Thanks for sorting - the website is now showing them as being collected.

I can confirm they were collected this afternoon. MyHermes also called an hour later to double-check, so they are at least following through with their pledge to treat this delivery with a bit more attention. The long wait is nearly over. Can't wait to see pics of these covered in mud!!

Mine may take a little time to get covered. Came off last Weds downhill. Broken shoulder and ankle. Internal bleeding stopped.... eventually. Bruises look like a sub-dermal thunderstorm, and the most favourite part of my anatomy, well...

Gruffy, are we expecting a confirmation email from myHermes, or it just a case of be in for delivery sometime between now and then?

Cheers,

I don't think they've give you a delivery window. Most of the packages were sent 'without' requiring a signature so if you have somewhere appropriate to leave them I'd expect the majority to arrive tomorrow.

I got one on the 12th, but it's showing as picked up, nothing else. I have faith it will happen! smile
