I was looking at the Kapz site yesterday, wanted some custom text caps...

Really like the PH ones though, very nice.

I didn't realise that Khush at Kapz was a PHer. Top bloke. I had one of his headset caps made up about a year ago and absolutely love it. Would thoroughly recoomend his services.

I didn't realise that either, they did one for my Colnago a few months ago but I've not fitted it yet as the frame is still at the painters.

Khushy is his PH name,

From memory there would be a discount for a group buy of 25 No minimum, designs do not have to be all the same.

I will email him back as I got a little confused with the prices previously as it depends on the material/finish.

I'm a designer. I'd be happy to draw up a fresh one if PH consented.
Rob T - was the current version your design ?
Happy to switch colours for a Mk 2 Version to satisfy those with red bikes eg Noddy smile ?

or go with Gruffy's offer ?

Last run of jerseys was a re-run of the 3rd design and hence had no set-up costs with the company (Owayo). Any new design would have to have that factored in. Our local cycle club (Rob-T and me) used to use Owayo but has just switched to Endura but I'm not sure what this was based on.

Having looked at the Owayo site it seems we need to start from one of their preset templates to avoid paying extra setup costs. So the easiest way is to take the original design (which is nice anyway) and flip some colours about.

I'd love to design one but probably won't have the time until later next week.

unless you want to make hard work for yourself, i would just do a rerun of the batch we just sent out. the guys at owayo are superb, it is all very easy. the admin and envelope stuff is a bit of a pain. also get address labels printed. captain answer helped out with that and saved me many hours of work.

i'm not offering to do the admin again, i have my shirt now!

i would get permission from ph first whatever you do

I think that's the way to go. In all honesty I'm a bit too busy to take on the admin job at the moment.

Any volunteers to take on the admin of this?

I'd do it but not until I get back to UK in the summer. Realistically, I wouldn't be able pick up the pieces until early September which might be too long a wait for you guys. Once up to speed I can probably manage a few print runs if the demand is still strong.

Liking the Kapz, would ideally want an inverse of the last one.

How much do the caps cost (appx?)

Perhaps worth starting a separate thread so that we don't lose the jersey discussion?

Reading back through the past few pages it seems like there's enough demand for another order. I'd have one, but I can't volunteer the time to tackle the admin I'm afraid.

Add me to the list of people who would like to buy one should a re-run happen.

I'm relatively new to cycling and am currently in the process of buying proper cycling clothes, so would be very keen to get a PH top!
