I've paid. But there was a problem. According to the counter staff at my branch "Lloyds can't do in-branch bank to bank transfers". WTF??

So I went into a branch of your bank, and paid cash directly into the account you gave details of in the email. I'll email you later, with the details from the receipt. In the meantime, hopefully it won't cause any confusion/problems.
