It was on Eurosport. I've no idea about highlights, but you may well struggle.

It's been repeated on Eurosport a number of times since the race - their schedule shows it to be repeated again tonight at 2am on Eurosport 2, although a quick scan through seems to show that that's it for this week with the Amstel Gold next up (and subsequently repeated a number of times).
