How do you use quidco if you are paying with vouchers?
Go through Quidco
Pick what you want on Halfords site.
Select to reserve and collect/pay in store.

Quidco probably won't pick it up automatically but they should honour it if you submit a query.

And if you buy vouchers at https://select.halfordsbusinessservices.co.uk/ (using the code ELGHAL13) it'll be £76 in store. Just like mine is going to be!

How soon after signing up to British Cycling can you start using the Discount at Halfords? Is it instant?

You'll need to send BC an email requesting your membership number. Think I left it a day after signing up before I emailed them.

How does this work?
I can do reserve in store for Saturday for the Boardman Carbon LE £849

Do they post out the vouchers?

Not sure they would be here in time

Same with the British Cycling discount

Pick it up another day, the offer runs to the 18th?

When I order Vouchers they are normally sent out 1st class the same day if ordered early enough, mine is through my companies internal system though, wouldn't be surprised if the order just gets sent directly to Halfords for sending out.

Or (and I hate to say it) you could buy a higher spec bike for less from planet X.

Halfords have selected boardmans at 10% off (on the website)
Additionally this code gets a further 10% off; B15BK08

And then you can use the "voucher trick" for another 10% off, and British Cycling discount at the till.
All totted up, you could buy the £1,800 Pro Carbon SLR for 1,181 (a whopping £619 saving) - and you may also be able to get a few % quidco cashback too.

I don't know how long the Halfords website sale lasts, but the discount code lasts for 2 days (according to Quidco). Thing is, as long as you do "reserve & collect" on the website before then you will secure that price, then you can just buy in store when the vouchers arrive (they usually come 1-2 days after ordering)

Halfords have got another 20% off cycling equipment and accessories sale online. It excludes wearable technology and bike racks/carriers.

If you're a BC member you can usually get your 10% BC discount as well when you pick the parts up from the store biggrin

Got a little excited by this as I need sooe new lights.

Halfords Price - £26.99. Price after discount - £21.52
Wiggle - £19.99

Oh dear.

I'm not a member of British cycling, so can't get extra discount.

I went looking for other stuff and the web site crashed!

So for a numptie like myself, could someone explain please
The Boardman CX Team is £900.
Its sale price is £810
I can use the B15BK08 code to get a further 10% off
Then I've enroled on the voucher thing - (how does that work do I need to order through that?) to get a further discount?
Or am I expecting too much
Or can I get a better quality bike for less from say Planet X?

Reserve for store collection at the £729 price.

Work out your price with British Cycling discount which is £657?

Buy £660 worth of vouchers (which should set you back £594) and, having brandished your BC membership card, use them to pay for the bike upon pickup.
