Snap - Strava needs a Polish

I've been using this for a while now as it is very uselful in correcting for GPS drift, especially when you hammer yourself to get a better time only to return home and find it hasn't picked up the segment. However it has stopped working properly and now when I use it and upload the file it simply draws a straight line over the section I have adjusted. Is this a problem other people are having and if so is there a solution?

I don't adjust the data, just email Strava and they normally sort it out within 24hrs.

Further investigation reveals that it is working on my work PC but not my home PC. So I guess it's an issue with my PC.
