Right, I'm annoyed now, what's the thing with the number lock?

Also, has anyone mentioned Gatorskins for ommutng on?
I commute on Gatorskins and I've found them to be fine. I've tried Four Seasons and didn't find them reliable at all. However there are people on here who really rate them.

Gatorskins can be a pig to put on the rim when they are new. They do soften up a bit, but not by much.

Lol I used to have Gatorskins and hated them as they were too firm and crap grip

I have 4 seasons and they give a great ride and loads of grip

BUT: they have a lot softer top layer than GSkins, so they can wear really quickly, especially in the summer due to heat!

Whereas Gator Skins are like cockroaches and last a bloody lifetime as long as the roads aren't in too poor condition

Some of my riding buddies have gatorskins and swear by them, others say they are atrocious!

Never known a tyre divide people so much!

The tubular Sprinter Gatorskin is a good training tyre, the clincher is a cruel and unusual punishment.

I had Gatorskin on my bike when i bought it from a friend, granted they were a bit tired but i found i was getting loads of punctures.

I replaced them for Ultremo DD tyres and they are fantastic so far, few hundred miles on them and i have so much more corner confidence and no punctures to speak of versus the daily punctures i was getting on the gator.
