Well and truly unimpressed with the pathetic service from cyclismo/the hed website; 3 weeks lead time on a new freehub ffs? (and a nice 'let us know if you want to cancel your order' - knowing they're the only game in town.. wtf is the alternative, throw away the wheels?

Sorry, rant aside.. it's a long shot, but does anyone know of anywhere else you can get HED parts? I've not found anything on google..

Cheers.

I find it hard to believe that their freehub is a bespoke part? any part numbers on it or the literature?

I had some HED aero wheels for my track bike and I could choose what hubs I wanted, so got Hope track hubs. I dont think they make hubs, just the rims. As said, I suspect it will be just a standard hub body like a shimano etc.

Most of their road wheels at least are built on HED branded hubs.. that doesn't mean they're made by hed obviously, but they're sold as hed sonic hubs. Also needs an axle too (ordered a new bike with 11s, so I now need to sort them to accept an 11s cassette, hence the significant ejection of toys from pram!)
