Getting the battery on and off is easy enough. Certainly no need to take the cage off on either of my bikes with di2. Agree it's no looker though.

Couldn't get it off on my S-Works Venge without at the very least loosening the cage right off. All internalised now with battery in seat post and the new junction box rather than that silly dangly thing in front of the head tube.

New junction box has a USB port, charges in-situ (but you probably knew that.. smile)
