Me and the Wife did the Mid route, it was tough. Saw after that lots of people had dropped from Long to Mid and from Mid to Short, the little sickener loop at the end when you could see the finish was nearly a moral breaker.

Sounds like fun, I had a TT on the Saturday so didn't want to commit, but crossed the route at Goodwood way on our club run, few people looked to have stopped, will download the garmin route and head over in a few weeks and give it a scout.

If you plan on taking your Wife along for a laugh be warned, mine had a total sense of humour failure.
