Looks like it could cure the turbo trainer boredom (and mean I don't have to spend the entire winter watching Sufferfest videos)

This just popped up on my Facebook feed. Looks interesting, and as you say, a way to beat the boredom.

Was talking to a mate about how I need something like this, hopefully they make a good go of it.

Is anyone here using this?

I had a quick couple of laps last night to try and get the jist of how it all works. It certainly looks (from the quick go I had) like it should help with those sessions in the garage of a dark evening.

Anyway. I don't have an interactive TT, so how do you know what setting to put the TT on at the different points around the lap? I ended up just leaving it in one gear and spinning away, with the program deciding what speed I was travelling up and down the hills etc.

Is there a setting to have it tell you what tension to apply and certain points?

I couldn't get it to work, I have attach that can be controlled by it (with Ant+) from Mac. Just seemed that no matter how much effort I put in, everyone else was ten times quicker then me!

Working on mine with an ant+ stick, garmin 500 with cadence speed and HR and cyclops fluid 2...

Works great. Bit of a laugh and a break from the sufferfest. My 10 yr old daughter has had a go - never seen her ride a bike so far!
