The comments are almost what you would have expected from PH a couple of years ago! Not sure what the car in the drive is.

Surely he could donate a load to the re-cycle campaign and get some use out of them ??

Couple of comments indicate people have tried to buy bikes off him but he's claimed they're not for sale.

Really odd chap if that's true, but regardless of that, I am surprised the council cannot compel him to tidy the place up.

There's not nearly as many in the Google Streetview picture. Suggests his "stock" isn't static and that he does get rid of them from time to time.

What I find interesting in that article is the bit about the trailers.

So, they can't remove them or ticket them because they're not attached to a vehicle.

So if you were to have a covered car trailer, you could drive it somewhere attached to your car, park it somewhere, unhitch it, open it, drive your car into it and then park for free?
