Mine is even more basic. Porridge, milk, honey ... cold. None of this pissing around heating food up biggrin

Make your own porridge and add a banana while cooking and a handful of Sultanas great pre-ride breakfast as well!
When did porridge become so difficult wink

Half cup of oats, full cup of milk, microwave for 4mins add honey and sprinkles. Eat.
There are certain people that would find using a cooker and pealing a banana overly complex! wink

I imagine I'll run out of steam at 14stone7 so I'm more than happy to stop there.

I used to have a tuna baguette every day for breakfast and bacon/egg/sausage at weekends before rides.

I've swapped to Dorset cereals/chopped banana and yghurt ontop every day....except Saturday am..
I was a similar weight two months ago.

I'm now 13st 10 and falling. The major changes I have made are:

a) Small bowl of Rice Krispies or Weetabix for breakfast instead of toast
b) Soup or a salad for lunch, absolutely no exceptions
c) No alcohol without a good reason for it.

I still eat a proper dinner, and due to work schedules I eat it at absolutely the wrong time of night, but the weight is coming off with just the above changes. I'm as surprised as anyone and have noticed the difference to my riding already.
