Any other Merida owners?

Treated myself to a couple earlier in the year
Road 94 CarbonComp with american classic wheels, I'm am amputee(right leg below knee) so need lower gearing for the hills. Pic taken just before collection hence seat height and plastic on the bars
Big99XT Carbon
Broke my arm coming off the MTB 3 months ago and its still not healed so not riding is killing me at the moment but both bikes have been great and one of my better purchases

I had a Road Race 905, road bike, 2010 model. I say 'had'. I still have it but some schmuck drove a van into it while I was riding on a roundabout in February, so it kind of died quite a lot, and is sitting in the garage awaiting a decision on disposal.
It was my first 'proper' road bike, and I very much enjoyed riding it. I'd certainly recommend the brand to anyone looking for a road bike, although they aren't the out-and-out value for money that they used to be.
My bike in better days...
Aluminium frame, carbon forks and full Ultegra groupset. The only things letting it down are the wheel rims, which are properly heavy 'aero' aluminium.
