ive got some windstopping trousers from Aldi when it gets really cold (frosty) but generally just knee warmers.
i always carry a tube and a puncture kit with c02 in an under seat bag.
To be honest my legs dont suffer but i do get bloody cold feet so tend to wear shoe covers from now onwards.
