Maybe we should contact PHer Khushy... http://www.kapz.co.uk/kapz---custom---frame--equip...

...(with the blessing of PH HQ obviously wink ) to see what he might be able to run up for us?

These bad boys... http://www.kapz.co.uk/kapz---custom-boltless-heads...

...would now allow a headset cap with the full 'Smiley' on it too. Previously, the center bolt was a bit inconveniently placed to give a good result. They do handlebar end caps too (although they aren't boltless just yet). I've got a few ideas for some 'bling' for when I get myself a new bike.

The powers that be have already given there blessing, I have had 4-6 designs knocked up and the offer of a group buy.

We need 25 to get the best price.

I would be up for a pedal power sticker!

Is that for stickers, or for Kapz stuff? Genuinely interested (in both) and in seeing the designs. If a group buy was on the cards, I'd be very tempted, even without a bike to put them on straight away. I've also seen the handlebar ends that Kapz produced for the Royal Engineers Old Boys Cycling Group which I belong to. I'd be torn between their designs and a PH design, to be fair.

Pedal Powered;

-bonking matters?
-bullshi7 matters?
-MAMILS matter?
-caffeine matters?
-VO matters?
-KOM's matter?
-Position matters? (rule 44 wink)
-pain matters?

Or, the tried and tested 'speed matters' smile

This idea has been brought up a few times in the past. You could adapt the PH logo as well. I came up with this in 2010 when the sticker idea came up then.

Maybe include something about n+1?

Either way I'm in for a sticker.

How does a boltless cap work?

Looks like the base bolts onto the stem in the usual way and the top cap clips in place once the base is fitted, simple but effective if a bit on the pricey side

So how do we make this happen?

I like the one above but would prefer clip less pedals wink
