Are you drinking enough to avoid dehydration?

Last ride was only 25 miles at an easy pace so no dehydration, and have been suffering since, big time, not only legs but fingers toes and neck muscles, have tried tonic water ,crampex, vinegar and all kinds of mustard.
Any other ideas

I've heard a lack of salt in one's diet can be a cause for cramp?

I believe it's the Quinine in the Tonic water that helps against cramp but, the OP has already said that he has tried that.

How much tonic water have you been drinking? A glass before you ride won't do a thing, the quinine needs to build up in your body to be effective. I used to suffer from terrible cramps, I read about tonic water (was very skeptical about it) but tried it - after a few weeks of drinking about 5 litres a week it started to work.

I now have a bottle of tonic water in the couple of hours after a ride, and usually drink 5 bottles a week and have not suffered from cramp for a couple of years!

Take tonic water as you would drink water, thought it had done the trick until last week but no bloody cramp came back as bad as ever,

Is your position on the bike right? Sounds like you're suffering all over so maybe the setup is wrong

If your seat is too low it can cause a cramping feeling because your leg isn't fully extending, I had an issue with cramping on longer rides and found that only raising my seat an inch helped a lot. It's now about 6cm higher than it was at the start of the year and the legs feel much better for it.

If you're cramping all over I think I'd be seeking medical advice.

If it was just your legs post ride, I'd suggest using a foam roller unless you have a masseuse on hand.

I get leg cramps most rides but I have always suffered so it's nothing new.
I've had some improvement with High 5 tablets it also makes water more drinkable, it is possible to drink too much.
I would talk to someone regarding cramp in other areas it's unusual to get cramps in toes and fingers unless something is wrong, tight I'll fitting shoes for example.
