Bought a TT at the weekend and latched my old Mountain Bike to it in the garage.
Now I wouldn't dream of using headphones on the road but in the garage its an enjoyable way of keeping you entertained, so my first contribution:

Seasick Steve - Hubcap Music, just the right mix of beats and timing for a good old pedal.

Early Deep Purple, or some mid paced heaviness like High On Fire keep me moving.

Something fast and aggressive for any HIIT sessions though...

Depends on the TT session, for intervals/pyramid/high tempo stuff I tend to listen to DJ mixes that I would never listen to anywhere else, Kutski or BenR tend to be faves.

Recovery and light spinning can be anything - Fatboy Slim Halfway between the gutter and the stars is a fave at the moment!

Whatevers on the YouTube training vid I'm watching, seems to be techno / dance which is spot on with 1,000,000 bpm to match my heart rate.

Thanks! smile If memory serves, it goes from 132-140bpm, dependent on the mix. If you're really unlucky it will increase through the mix (Terrible Trance for example). I need get behind the decks again soon.

Yeah, liking that - shame my TT is setup in the garage away from the house (no power or wi-fi coverage) so I can't stream music otherwise I might have dipped into a few of your mixes for future sessions!

Good work, now get back behind the decks.....
