Anyone seen this yet? www.zwift.com

A sort of turbo trainer/online multiplayer game crossover. Makes the time fly by as you chase down other riders to close that gap and sprint for the points.

No, that's not my handbag or piggy bank.

Hey, join the UK zwifters or give me your username I'll add you. Some proper nutjobs in the group. A fair few group rides are going up and a few mates have already put 100 mile rides in smile

Why did they shape the course to look like a butt-plug?

If you have a supported trainer it does virtual power. Numbers seem to be 20% or so down on trainerroad' figures for the same trainer though.

Yonex I've joined the Strava group and the facebook page. I'm also in the PH group so pick an island segment and filter by PH and you should find me smile

I've got an invite too, but as my mac doesn't meet their minimum spec anymore I think I've got no hope of running it without buying a new laptop. For what macs cost I won't be.

Really? How old is this mac? I'd think most of recent years would be ok..?

When requested 1 it was 10.7. Now they want 10.9 which I can't upgrade to.

Its a 2007 mini btw so should just about run it.

Sorry for the naive question (I'm not a cycle racer) I'd like to perhaps get this for my Brother in Law. He has one one those rollers at home which he drops his bike into. I assume he needs a power meter from supported list of ANT+ compatible ones? They all seem to start from around £500, is that right?
