kids balance bikes..

Taught my twins to ride on balance bikes.

I cant help but feel their competitive nature spurred them on more than I ever could.
Due to this they were riding pedal bikes just after their 3rd birthday

Who knows but I'm not complaining either. As for use, my youngest used his every day to school and nursery and back, and pretty much everytime we went anywhere. Youngest doesn't use it so much but has started taking it to pre school every day. We do live close to both though, and they use them extensively at the weekend, either bombing up and down the garden or round the park. Eldest did 6 miles on his on a family ride down the greenway in Stratford upon Avon once.
