Planet X have reduced their own brand bibs quite a bit for the next week, and are chucking in a pot of their own chamois cream. I've never used either, but perhaps someone can give you a review.

I just bought my first set of bib shorts from Ribble, Lusso Aero 50s. Haven't ridden in them yet but they seem a really good fit, looking forward to getting out in them. They were sub-£40 as well (which was one of the main reasons for picking them!)

At the 50quid price point, I favour the dhb mid to high end stuff. You don't want the Roubaix, as has already been stated you will sweat lots, unless its pretty chilly.

i ordered a pair of the planetx bibs last night, for £20, even if there only up to commuting duty it's worth it, will post up thoughts when they arrive.

I'm also a big DHB fan, got some of their thermal bibs and just bought the ones linked below for summer, the fit is perfect and super comfortable!
