I've got a Canyon AL, chuffed to bits with it after a year.

Thinking about getting a 29er from them now.

I got a 2014 caad10 in December 13, started using it march 14 and have covered just over 4,000 miles since. No problems with it other than the bb30 bottom bracket needing replaced twice already (bb30 problem rather than a caad10 problem).
I absolutely love it, and picked it over similar priced carbon bikes as I wanted the best frame I could get for my budget (Internet reviews suggested this was the case). It's very light, stiff, and fast. I've also done 150 mile days on it so it's comfortable enough. Mine was the 105 10 speed model with rs11 wheels, so the spec you're getting sounds way better already. I've put campag zonda wheels on, and my next plan is to get a praxis bb converter and a 105 chainset to sort out the recurring bb problems. Ultimately id like to put di2 on it but it doesn't need it.

I've had my Ultimate AL 9.0 (mechanical Ultegra) for 2 1/2 years now. Love it to bit's yet to try another bike that feels anywhere close.

Good to hear positive things about the Ultimate AL, I've just ordered the Di2 SE as it was such a good price.

I've had over 6k miles so far on my Supersix with the original BB, every few months it starts creaking but it just wants stripping, cleaning and re-greasing and its fine again. The bearings themselves were not rough although it's probably ready for new bearings next time I take it apart.

I'd be tempted to go for something different like the Kinesis Aithein, assuming you suit (and I expect you will) its somewhat stretched geometry. In bright green for good measure. Canyons, as good value as they may be, are found underneath every MAMIL you see.

Aha, everyone you see here rides a BMC though and Canyons are reasonably scarce. I'm leaning towards the Cannondale if the shop will do a deal on better wheels, but the Ultimate AL is good value...
